We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, enhance online presence, and generate leads. You will be responsible for managing various digital marketing channels, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns to maximize results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through innovative digital marketing techniques.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance, user engagement, and conversion rates.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing industry.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital channels.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry advancements to drive innovation and optimize strategies accordingly.

Identify and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Monitor and manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and develop strategies to grow the organization's social media presence and engagement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is must.

Proven experience in digital marketing, including developing and implementing successful campaigns across various digital channels.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, best practices, and industry trends.

Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation systems.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different digital platforms.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies and overcome challenges.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in campaign execution.

A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience: min 1.5yrs of experience.

**Salary**: ₹165,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
