**Context**:
ATI SKILLS based in Calicut was founded the year 2009 with a clear mission to pursue excellence in the field of “Accounting, Finance & Taxation”. ATI is presently one of the leading Skill Training Provider in Accounting, Finance & Tax domain in Kerala state having a network of training centers spread across Kerala State & is a skill training partner under **"Employment through Skill Training & Placement " scheme of the National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM, Ministry of Urban Affairs)** and the flagship **"DDU-GKY" skilling project of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission(NRLM, Ministry of Rural Development) **& also the **Yuva Keralam skilling project Of Kerala State Govt.**

ATI is also an affiliated training partner under the NON-PMKVY scheme of **Banking Financial Service & Insurance (BFSI) Sector Skill Council (SSC) of India** under **National Skill Development Corporation, **also the authorized training partner of **SAP Member Education **& **TALLY EDU PVT LTD.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, accounting firms, and recruitment agencies to identify placement opportunities for our graduates.
- Actively promote our training programs and build a strong network of potential employers in the accounting and taxation industry.
- Assist students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to enhance their employability.
- Collaborate with faculty and program coordinators to ensure our curriculum aligns with industry demands and requirements.
- Organize career fairs, networking events, and employer presentations to facilitate student-industry connections.
- Track and report on placement metrics, including job placement rates, student satisfaction, and employer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, job market dynamics, and changes in accounting and taxation regulations to provide accurate career guidance to students.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A background in accounting or finance is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the accounting and taxation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with employers and industry professionals.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
