As an Estimation Drawing & Quotation Technician with 2-3 years of experience in panel manufacturing, your role will primarily involve preparing accurate estimations, drawings, and quotations for various electrical panels including VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), MCC (Motor Control Center), PCC (Power Control Center), Control Panels, and OEM Panels. You will work closely with the sales team, engineers, and clients to ensure that proposals meet technical requirements and are competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Estimation Preparation: Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and customer needs to develop comprehensive estimations for panel manufacturing projects. This includes calculating material costs, labor hours, and other resources required for panel assembly.
- Drawing Generation: Create detailed drawings and schematics using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software based on project specifications and engineering guidelines. Ensure that drawings accurately represent the layout, dimensions, and wiring diagrams of the proposed panels.
- Quotation Development: Generate professional and competitive quotations for clients based on the estimation and drawing documents. Clearly outline the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, terms, and conditions to facilitate decision-making by the clients.
- Technical Consultation: Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team and clients during the proposal phase. Address inquiries, clarify technical details, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet project requirements within budget constraints.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment between estimation, drawing, and quotation documents. Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate any changes or revisions as needed.
- Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering in panel designs and manufacturing processes. Propose alternative solutions or materials that maintain quality standards while reducing overall project costs.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of estimation, drawing revisions, and quotations in a systematic manner. Ensure that documentation is organized and easily accessible for future reference or audit purposes.

Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of experience in preparing estimations, drawings, and quotations for electrical panel manufacturing or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software for generating detailed drawings and schematics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical specifications and project requirements.
- Knowledge of electrical components, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
