- Any degree or other qualification in a business discipline
- Knowledge of Hindi will be preferable

Reservation Agent Job Specification:

- Any Degree with good communication skill in English
- Hotel Management graduate
- Certified travel associate (CTA) or certified travel counsellor (CTC)
- Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
- Customer service, BPO experience
- Flexible working hours
