Job Title: Content Manager and Social Media Strategist

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Manager and Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of content creation and posting across various social media platforms. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the client's goals and target audience.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics.
- Manage content calendars, scheduling, and coordination of content production and publication.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to continuously optimize content strategy.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries, and engage with the audience to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and improvement based on data insights and industry benchmarks.
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, content marketing techniques, and social media developments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Manager or Social Media Strategist, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences, and content best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficient in content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Solid project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and optimization techniques for social media content is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
