Main Responsibilities:
EXIM Logistics:

- Managing the Domestic and Cross-boundary transaction and material flow within the agreed time to support the uninterrupted supplies.
- Arrange the material movement i.e. shipment Pick-up, arrange international freight management and Custom clearance for all Inbound/Outbound shipments complying to EOU (Export Oriented Unit) rules.
- Ensure high level of efficient & accurate documentation, timely custom clearance of the shipments

Warehousing:

- Managing the warehouses, activity including receipts, storage, issues and inventory management.
- Daily arranging the packing of finished goods and arrange logistics for the local and export outbound shipments movement. Tracking the shipment till the destination on time.
- Overall maintenance and control of the warehouse from Safety & 5s perspective
- Cooperation with Divisional Planning Team

Compliance:

- Ensure compliance to legal requirements in terms of Export Oriented Units (SEEPZ), GST, IGCRD, Customs laws, Excise Laws, DGFT, & Foreign Exchange regulations and related aspects as applicable.
- Daily operations involving maintenance of required statutory records, Licenses renewals, registration, periodical submission of Government returns.
- Implementation and compliance to QMS, EHS, Group Assurance, Supplier COC, SA 8000 within the department.

Experience and required competencies:

- 10-15 Years of Experience in Logistics.

**Education**:

- Any Bachelor Degree
