**Job title: Area Sales Executive (Frontline Position)/ Area Sales Manager**

**Work Location: Respective Head Quarters (Please refer Proposed Organogram)**

**Division/Department: Sales & Distribution**

**Reports to: Area Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Achievement of Sales Target of assigned Territory.**:

- **Appointment of new & development of existing Distributors in the assigned Territory.**:

- **Performing act of Redistribution of Gokul Products through Distributors network.**:

- **Taking initiative to open uncovered towns / outlets / Bakers within the assigned Territory.**:

- **Developing Business Volume of covered towns / outlets / Bakers within assigned Territory.**:

- **Ensuring healthy Business Relations with Business Partners (CFA/ Distributors/ Retailers/ Wholesalers / Bakers) of assigned Territory.**:

- **Ensuring Timely lifting of Sauda by the Distributors of Assigned Territory.**:

- **Collection of dues against Supplies made by GARL to Distributors.**:

- **Initiating& Implementing Trade Marketing Activity within assigned Territory to enhance Business Volume & Business association with Trade partners.**:

- **Ensuring Timely Submission of Sales Reporting formats to Reporting Officer & to GARL - Sales & Distribution Co coordinator.**:

- **Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor& seniors.**:

- **Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.**

**Education and Work Experience Requirements**:

**Previous experience of minimum 3-4 Years with Distribution based organization preferably with oragnisation dealing in Edible Oil & Bakery (Adani Willmar/ Cargill/ Mother Dairy / Bunge/ Ruchi / Kaleshwari/ MK Agro/ 3F etc) /Packed Food product Companies. Previous Experience either at same level or Sales Officer/ Junior Sales Officer/ Sales Representative.**

**Physical Requirements**:

- **Age **- Not More than 30 Years of age. (Exception permitted).
- Willing to undertake regular Business Trips and Night Halts out of Head Quarter Town.
- Should know driving & ideally must own Two wheeler with valid Driving License.

**Cost to Company (CTC):

- Upto Rs. 4.5 Lacs Per Annum (Exception Permitted).**

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
