**3. Managing Front Desk**: Receptionists manage the front desk area, ensuring it's organized, clean, and professional at all times.
**4.Scheduling Appointments**: They schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations for both internal staff and external visitors.
** Need good communication skill.**
