**YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERS**:
We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who is confident and enthusiastic for experience design, design thinking, innovation and technology. You are passionate about your projects and want to learn new things. If you have high quality standards, exceptional attention to detail, are confident in your work and you can also present it, we are looking for you. We are a small design team and you will become an integral member to provide support, ideas and inspiration.

Your responsibilities:

- Identify user problems to be solved and new design possibilities on how to tackle them
- Present ideas/prototypes to lead UX/UI designer, project managers and stakeholders to gain feedback and present solutions
- Working independently and developing high and low-fidelity prototypes are parts of your daily tasks
- Testing newly implemented and existing features from a UX/UI perspective

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 5 - 8 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
- Proficient with design programs and wireframe tools such as Figma, Adobe XD and others.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces for clients.
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS and comparable languages is helpful.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills when communicating and writing specifications.
- Experience with user research is a bonus, but not essential.
- Ability to prioritize and manage your own work, milestones and projects efficiently.
- Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
- Fluent in English.
