**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review motor insurance claims submitted by policyholders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify claim details, including policy coverage, accident information, and damage assessment, in accordance with insurance policies and regulations.
- Liaise with insurance underwriters, surveyors, and third-party service providers to facilitate the claims settlement process.
- Evaluate and assess the extent of loss or damage incurred by the insured vehicle, taking into account policy terms and conditions.
- Communicate with policyholders and provide regular updates on the status of their claims, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
