**Job Summary**:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing the dispatch and delivery of tile products to clients and distributors. This role involves coordinating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and maintaining records of all dispatched goods. The Dispatch Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient and accurate delivery processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Processing & Coordination**:
- Receive and review sales orders from the sales team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare and pack tile orders according to specifications.
- Schedule dispatch and delivery of products based on customer requirements and priority levels.
- Ensure proper labelling and documentation for all shipments, including delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
**2. Logistics Management**:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of tile products.
- Coordinate with transportation providers and delivery drivers to arrange vehicle scheduling and dispatch.
- Monitor real-time status of deliveries and provide updates to the sales team and customers as needed.
- Handle any logistics issues, such as delays or damages, and take prompt action to resolve them.
**3. Inventory Control & Stock Management**:
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure sufficient stock levels for timely dispatch of orders.
- Conduct regular checks on dispatched items to prevent discrepancies between inventory records and actual stock.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of dispatched orders, returned goods, and damaged products.
- Update the inventory management system with dispatch details and stock movements.
**4. Customer Coordination & Support**:
- Communicate with clients and distributors to confirm delivery schedules and provide updates on order status.
- Handle customer inquiries related to delivery times, order tracking, and any issues with received products.
- Collect and process delivery feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any customer concerns related to product quality or delivery delays.
**5. Documentation & Compliance**:
- Maintain comprehensive records of all dispatched goods, including order details, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Ensure all dispatch-related documents are accurate and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly dispatch reports to the Logistics Manager.
- Coordinate with the finance team for processing payments related to transportation and delivery services.
**6. Vehicle & Driver Management**:
- Monitor the condition and availability of company vehicles used for deliveries.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure they follow safety protocols, delivery schedules, and company guidelines.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
- Assist in arranging regular vehicle maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Pay: ₹10,357.46 - ₹25,298.63 per month
