Position- Tech Lead - RAMS, LTTS-5
Purpose of the Job / Objective
 Manage and Perform RAM & Safety Analysis related Deliverables in accordance with QCD Commitments on the Project (s) / Program (s).

Qualification:
 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engg
 5-8 years of Experience in Rail/Aero industry
 Proficient in CENELEC/MIL Reliability & Safety standards

Desirable attributes:

 Proficient in RAMS activities viz. RBD, Reliability Allocation, IHA, SHA, PHA, FMECA, Reliability Prediction, FTA, Safety Case
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Experience in interfacing with customer and offshore teams
 Should have good system engineering and lifecycle concepts
Responsible for:
 Providing RAMS engineering expertise and analysis in the development and implementation of Railway/Metro transport systems.
 To evaluate and report the status of Project work to Program Offices. To train, lead and supervise more junior members of the RAMS Engineering Group.
 Having a Pro - Active Challenge View on Safety / Results. He / She Handles to Enhance the adequacy/consistency of the RAM & Safety Studies and Requirements.
 Adopting a product – oriented mindset in performing his/her studies to foster the capitalization of the results of the studies towards the product reliability and safety performance.
 Represent RAMS in technical meetings involving safety-related issues. Participate in, influence, and approve design decisions impacting or potentially impacting safety. Attend regular Systems Technical Review for their respective Product and/or Project areas.
