Key responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, be they customers or end users. This includes interviewing stakeholders and gathering and compiling user requirements to understand the technology solutions they need.

• Process Design: The BA will analyze and synthe information provided by a large number of people who interact with the business, like customers, staff, IT professionals, and executives. They are also responsible for creating process maps and documentation. Cross utilisation as a BA in RPA projects - ( UiPath ) .

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyzing data with Power BI, creating reports, and providing actionable insights.

• Solution Assessment and Validation: Assess the business impact of those solutions, validate the solutions against the needs, and collaborate with IT professionals to ensure the technical solutions meet the business needs.

• Project Management Support: Providing support to project managers when implementing changes, including the creation and management of Power Apps and automation with Power Automate.

• Training and Support: Design and deliver training sessions on the solutions to the end-users, and provide support as needed.

Skills and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite.

• Knowledge or Understanding of RPA platforms will be plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably with Power BI.

• Familiarity with Microsoft's broader suite of tools, like Office 365 and Azure, is often beneficial.

• Understanding of automation and workflow concepts, preferably with Power Automate.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Proficient technical writing skills.

• Certifications related to Power Platform or Business Analysis could also be advantageous for this role.
