  •  Oversee finance and accounting activities of the organization accurately and effectively
  •  Responsible for expenses, revenues, planning and implementation of Budgets, cash flow, working capital, project accounting
  •  Put in place excellent internal finance controls by following good accounting standards
  •  Responsible for the generation of accurate Invoices and an effective track of it
  •  Analyse complex financial reports and records.
  •  Perform account reconciliations
  •  Prepare financial reports.
  •  MIS, Financial Statements Audit:
  •  Expense management - review and escalation of exceptions.
  •  Accounting and process controls around
  •  Analysis of Cost Vs. Benefit on Major expenses Spends
  •  Active participation on budgeting exercise.
  •  Process improvisation.
  •  Co-ordinations with internal and Statutory Auditor.
  •  Statutory (quarterly and Annual) completion as per timelines advised by management
  •  Presenting MIS Reports
  •  Regulatory and Statutory compliance:
  •  Working knowledge of Ind AS, compliance and disclosure requirement.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft excel and Microsoft word.
