Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee records ,Update HR databases

  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absenty, and leaves andHandling Administration, Vendor Management, Inverter, EPBAX System, Sim card allotment & Billing, Stationery management.

  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures andProcess employees requests and provide relevant information

  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars Collaborate with the Recruitment to post job ads and process incoming resumes, taking interviews.

  • Manage the departments telephone center and address queries accordingly and Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications

  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

  • Managing & Maintaining all company vehicles Road tax, Insurance & Fitness certificate and Handling Statutory requirements of the site .

  • Processing and recruiting employee, Organizing Induction Program, managing outsourced employees (Security, Housekeeping, gardening etc)

  • PF Statement uploading returns/withdrawal staff PF

  • Group Management Auditors for Administration and HR related issues/Planning and Monitoring the Administrative costs

  • Should Have Experience in HR and Admin for atleast 2 Years
  • Should be Confident Enough to Face all the Situation
  • Candidate Should Be Ready To Go for Ratnagiri site visit occassionally (On Field )
  • PC Literacy And Experience with MS Office Applications
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent Written & Spoken Communication
  • Should have PG Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
