Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of SOP, record & tracking of SOP

2. Preparation of calibration list of instruments & their tracking.

3. Preparation of Risk assessment, noncompliance report

4. Support for site documentation activities

5. Prepare, Review and approval of QA validation documents

6. Review and response to comments on validation documents from client

7. Arrange Kick off for new project handover to internal team

8. Welding documents

9. Carried out FAT for the equipment

10. FAT MOM compliance verification project wise

11. Training of new join for QA and internal trainings regarding validation/Documentation

12. Preparation of SS tags list for every project, Operational Manual & name plate

13. Collection and distribution of all bought out certificates
