# Conduct regular checks on poly/batch plant interlocks to ensure proper functioning.
# Propose initiatives and suggestions for operational improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
# Train field chemists in DCS and field operations to ensure their competence and performance.
# Assume full responsibility for maintaining product quality within the shift, adhering to the company's quality systems, processes, and procedures.
# Manage, develop, and motivate direct reporting staff to achieve their full potential.
# Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance and address general issues as they arise.
# Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations during the shift, handling related matters using available company resources and in alignment with the company's Health and Safety policy.
# Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to help team members identify root causes and take prompt and effective action to resolve issues.
# Collaborate closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure smooth production handovers and efficient communication.
