We are looking for a Campus Recruitment Lead for a large MNC with a presence across all continents. The role exclusively focuses on recruiting from the top 4 IIMs. A strong network in these institutions apart from an understanding of fresher / lateral compensation strategies, summer intern planning and year-long engagement with students is a must for this role. The incumbent should have executed these roles over the last few years.

The Campus Recruitment Lead will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent from colleges in order to build a strong talent pipeline. They will also be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance engagement with the candidates and ensure the successful onboarding of the selected individuals. They will collaborate with key stakeholders within the organization in order to ensure a successful recruitment process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
7+ years of experience in Campus Recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with candidates across all levels within the universities and colleges.
Experience in a service industry preferably in Management Consulting
Advanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications and Excel.
The person should have also done the branding and engagement, campus connect programs
Managed Day Zero and Day 1
The person should be also managing the team.
