Our client is a fast growing IT Services and Solutions' company based in India.

Position: ServiceNow Developers
Qualification: BE / BTech / BCA /MCA/ BSc IT
Experience: 3-7 yrs
Location: NOIDA, UP

Responsibilities
• Design and build systems integrations through various methods (Web services, LDAP, SQL)
• Research systems and/or programs to determine causes of failure or poor operational performance
• Coordinating ServiceNow application and platform upgrades
• Creating and configuring ServiceNow business roles, UI policies, UI Actions and ACLs including advanced
scripting of each
• Using MID servers, web services, email, and other relevant technology to integrate tools with the ServiceNow
platform.
• Develops ITSM process activities through the development of policies, processes and procedures in order to
establish a standard methodology/practice that will optimize Customer Service Support and Delivery performance
• Communicates process standards to ensure understanding across the organization
• Attend and contribute in peer /customer meetings involving technical subject matter experts and lay persons
• Works with the process/service owner to define the configuration management process and the necessary
policies
• Research, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of procedures, and develops strategies for
enhancing these processes in accordance with ITIL best practices to enable continuous improvement.

Requirements & Skills
• Experience developing in JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience developing on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core
applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow data model and relationships
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the underlying ServiceNow framework and architecture, which includes understanding relational databases.
• Experience in development and support within JavaScript frameworks
• Define best practices and standards for developing solutions using ServiceNow
• Development of applications using ServiceNow
• Process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflows, Integrations
• Lead team of ServiceNow development
• Proficient in all areas of ServiceNow development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Domain Separation, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies
• Create ATF cases / run ATF Cases / prepare Test reports.
• Ability to understand business needs and how business systems can support those needs.
• Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems.

Certification
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Foundation
