Job Description
Major role consists of ensuring statutory compliance with respect to preparation for account.
finalization and direct tax.
ï'· Finalization of accounts:- Balance sheet, profit & loss account , Notes to accounts, statutory
audit reports and other details.
ï'· To coordinate and ensure proper accounting is done and reviewed on regular basis.
ï'· Monthly provisioning, accounting and tracking of the same.
ï'· Monthly TDS/TCS payment, TDS/TCS return.
ï'· TDS certificate generate from (govt. site traces) and dispatch.
ï'· Prepare advance tax estimate, provision of tax, tax audit related details.
ï'· Prepare corporate governance report and CFO Certificate on Quarterly basis.
ï'· Preparation of submission and arguments in respect of various appeals and attending and
arguing before income tax authorities in respect of the same.
ï'· Compilation of annul planning and budgeting exercise and preparation of various statement
and details relating to the same.
ï'· Monthly Compilation of projected forex data for 6 months and onward submission to CFD
for forex cover.
ï'· Preparation of monthly/ quarterly Fx Exposure and fx gain / loss statement and monitoring
of import payment.
ï'· Monitoring of import payment on regular basis and ensuring fund availability in respect of
the same. SAP Knowledge is required.
