Role Description:This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. As the Offshore Development Centre Head, you
will be responsible for overseeing the company's offshore development centre operations including
customer satisfaction and growth, project management, resource utilization and retention, financial
management, and delivery management. You will also be responsible for managing and coaching
staff, process improvement, and ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Success and Growth:
ï'· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and
ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
ï'· Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify growth opportunities
and ensure client satisfaction.
ï'· Drive revenue growth by expanding services offered and creating long-term value for clients.
ï'· Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to
ensure project success.
2. ODC Operations Leadership:
ï'· Provide strategic leadership for the ODC, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
ï'· Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects on time and within
budget.
ï'· Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and a commitment to excellence in
all aspects of ODC operations.
ï'· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals.
3. Employee Satisfaction and Retention:
ï'· Champion a work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and
growth.
ï'· Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
ï'· Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and identify opportunities for
professional development.
ï'· Create and implement employee retention programs and initiatives.

4. Operational Efficiency:
ï'· Implement best practices, processes, and tools to enhance operational efficiency within the
ODC.
ï'· Drive cost-effective measures and optimize resource allocation to improve profitability.
ï'· Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure ODC goals are met.
Educational and Professional Qualifications:
ï'· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering,
Business).
ï'· Proven experience in a leadership role within an offshore development center or a similar
environment.
ï'· Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project management, and
offshore service delivery.
ï'· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
ï'· Track record of driving customer success, growth, and achieving high levels of customer
satisfaction.
ï'· Demonstrated ability to foster employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth
