Job Description :'About the Team :This role is required to Operate as Business Analyst + Project Manager in the change delivery team responsible for end to end delivery of projects while working with the customer, technology, operations and support teams.

What you will be doing :

• Work with clients, IT, Product and operations teams to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs.
• Clearly articulates and document business requirements and translate it into functional specifications.
• Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers and other team members to design solutions.
• Assesses risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
• Coordinate project delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support development and testing of project deliverables and validation of quality assurance.
• Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
• Participates in Functionality Testing, Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing; document test cases and results.
• Follows change management process regarding change deployment.
Essential Skills :
• Minimum of 8 -12 years professional experience and proven delivery track record of working as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, multi-project environment with senior management face-offs.
• Functional understanding of exchange traded derivatives and cleared OTC derivatives business processes, trade flows and good understanding of Trade Clearing, Back-office processes, Reconciliations and Margin & Funding.
• Hands on experience on one of the industry leading tools in derivative space like GMI, FISCD Cleared Derivatives suite, ClearVision or ETD Intellimatch.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats to different levels of seniority internally, external individuals, organizations and agencies.
• Fostering an open environment with constructive problem-solving and proactive issue and risk management.
• Strong client presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork working effectively with global teams.
• High level understanding of common technology platforms used in derivatives clearing.
• Strong time management with the ability to multitask and be flexible with schedule as demand dictates.
Desirable Skills :• Ability to analyze problems and produce a range of options to arrive at preferred solution.
• Ability to bring clarity with authority backed by strong functional and communication skills.

What you bring:
Knowledge / Experience :
• Extensive experience of software/service solutions delivered on a hosted and managed basis including SQL Server
• Knowledge of the Derivative market especially on post trade activities.
• Hands on experience on industry leading tools in derivative space like GMI.
• Ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships portraying deep technical and functional expertise
• Knowledge of Project Methodology viz. AGILE, Waterfall etc
• Positions involving data mapping require strong analytical and technical skills
• Competent in best practice principals of risk, information security and compliance

Education :
High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience is preferred
