Short Description:-

The RPA Sr. Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of automation processes along with designing of frameworks. Developing solutions primarily on UiPath, Automation anywhere and Blue prism platforms. They will be part of RPA development team which will validate automation by performing unit testing and ensuring that environment and configuration control is always maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:-

• Advanced Software Development skills on RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath & Blue Prism, etc.
• Expertise in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, Python Scripting, VB Scripting
• Very Good understanding of Databases (MYSQL, MS SQL Server, SQL)
• Good analytical, design and architecture knowledge for large-scale RPA systems
• Strong skills in technical leadership, training, mentoring and client communication
• Coding skills considering long-term portability, packaging, maintenance and support
• Extensive experience with Robotics and ERP concepts, architecture and technologies
• Creating Solution design document (SDD) and accordingly create low level design (LLD) documents.
• Provide technical deliverables to the team in sync with Business requirements.
• Deliver projects within project Timeline and quality on global delivery models with timely reviews and feedback.
• To consistently meet or exceed performance parameters.
• Experience managing teams & project management
• Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks
• Experience communicating and handling cross functional programs.
• Candidates must be independent and flexible, with executive-level communication skills, a strong customer focus.
• Essential program management skills include collecting business requirements, reviewing specifications, analyzing cost/benefit of project selection, and communicating results to the stakeholders
• able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
• Experience/Knowledge in the development of software using c#, .Net, VBA and SQL Server technologies
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple deals.

Must Have Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology
• 2- 3 years of development experience on .Net platform with C# and on UiPath, Automation Anywhere.
• Experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Nice)
• Certified in 2 or more RPA Tools - UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion, Nice, etc.
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, • Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining the BOTs using orchestrator or control room.
• Familiarity with source control systems (GIT/TFS/SVN)
• Technical hands on experience with UiPath Administration and Configuration
• Exposure in Administration -Environment setup, Asset Configuration, Queue Configuration, license management, bot monitoring etc.
• Exposure in Product installations and troubleshooting
• Good exposure in Solution Design/Technical Solution and Framework design.
• Willing to work in 24x7 environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of SQL server 2008 and above
• Familiarity with SQL interface like SQL Management Studio
• Able to write medium complexity SQL queries (using joins and aggregate functions), functions and procedures, running pre-defined scripts, and interpreting logs and traces
