ProfessionalQualifications:-

Essential: Degree / Diploma in Engineering with diploma in industrial Safety from recognized institute as approved under Gujarat Factories rules.

Preferably: Degree in Engineering with diploma in industrial Safety from recognized institute as approved under Gujarat Factories rules.

Job Description

1. To ensure the compliances of environment, health & safety and safety in plant as per Factories act.
2. Maintaining & monitoring all types of data related to safety.
3. Liasoning with government for necessary requirement.
4. Co-ordination with central safety cell of the group.
5. SHE with WCM & ISO system monitoring in the plant.
6. Ensure training to all employees to creating awareness about safety.
7. Eradicating all near miss situation of the plant.
8. Implementing all the safety standard in line with EHS board guideline.
9. Off-the-job safety initiative for family members / nearby communities.
10. Strengthening /sustaining Fire Safety System in the Unit.
11. Track and monitoring the compliances to FPSA, SPSA & facilitate effective functioning site apex and other seven sub-committees.
12. Sound knowledge of first aid, firefighting & emergency preparedness, good competency in computer applications, analytical skills, team working, seamlessness, achievement & motivation.
