  • Responsible for timely remittance of returns under Factory Act.
  • Responsible to comply with the statutory compliances under EPF act.
  • Ensuring legal compliances of contractors Maintenance of Registers, License, remittance of ESI / PF and other statutory requirements.
  • Manage Contract Labour Strategy: Identification of Contractors, Compliance of the provisions of the law. Ensure processing of Contract bill processing in a timely manner.
  • Handle Agreements with contractors, Renewal etc.
  • Support ER Manager various activities and External relations.
  • Well versed with KRONOS
