Job Summary: As a Service Delivery Manager for Integration, your role will be to oversee the operational delivery and management of key Identity Services provided by Global IT, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Conditional Access, Domain Management Services, Certificates & Private Key Infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that these services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the operational delivery of key Identity Services, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Conditional Access, Domain Management Services, Certificates & Private Key Infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Identity Services across the organization.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of Identity Services.
• Identify areas for improvement in Identity Services and develop and implement plans to address them.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies.
• Manage the budget for Identity Services and ensure that it is used effectively and efficiently.
Job-Specific Competencies:
• Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Conditional Access, Domain Management Services, Certificates & Private Key Infrastructure.
• Proven experience in managing the delivery of Identity Services, including vendor management and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs for Identity Services.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to Identity Services, such as GDPR, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in managing the delivery of Identity Services, with a focus on Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Single Sign-On, Conditional Access, Domain Management Services, Certificates & Private Key Infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications in Identity Services, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, are a plus.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, but not required if the candidate has sufficient experience.
