TPA Manager

Role Description
AR Jobs Consultant is seeking a full-time TPA Manager for our on-site location in Lucknow. As a TPA Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Third Party Administration (TPA) team while ensuring compliance and performance standards are met. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling escalated customer issues, building strong relationships with clients, and supervising the TPA team to ensure that all claims are processed efficiently.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Third-Party Administration
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent field
Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in managing a team
Proven track record of managing and resolving complex customer issues
Expertise in claims processing and familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
