Responsibilities:
1.To check ready availability of raw materials required for the job.
2.To do machine programming as per job requirements.
3.To do necessary setting of machine to achieve quality consistently.
4.To fill in the job cards in the order of machining. To record the output of the shift in the production register.
5.Inspect Cutting tools for sharpness & usability. Report tooling breakage or repair and need for new tools. Review setup for tooling section.
