Join our dynamic team at SYBYL Global Ltd, a leading IT company committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager (Accounts and Compliance) to contribute to our financial success and growth.
Please find the Duties and Responsibilities below:
a) Ensure the effective running of the day-to-day financial operations in line with financial policies and procedures.
b) To oversee the maintenance of appropriate financial records and those specifically required for audit purposes, and to ensure compliance with end of period and year accounting arrangements/deadlines.
c) Ensuring the filing of Statutory Returns and other statutory compliances within the due date.
d) Monitors and controls the overall internal work process of the company and actively works for its continuous improvement.
e) Control and oversight of Accounts Payables to ensure overdue invoices are paid within agreed terms.
f) Communicate internally and with external parties to ensure all reconciliations are cleared in an efficient and timely manner.
g) Assisting Financial Controller during internal and external audit assignments, organizing financial information, processing audit requests, and providing support to follow up with internal and external stakeholders (where required).
h) Ensure a clear understanding of systems and process, documenting where applicable.
i) Supervision of Junior Accounts Staff.
j) Any other duties as may reasonably be expected and which are commensurate with the level of the post.
