Buisness Analyst

Qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Project Delivery & Project Implementation activities can apply. The candidate should have exposure to Software Development/Testing and should be smart and have excellent communication skills. S/He needs to involve in Requirement Gathering, Client Interaction, Presentation and Analytical Report Preparation.

• Responsible for business process reengineering, the expert will have at least 10 years' experience in a related field, with at least 5 spent working with the public sector. The expert will have demonstrated experience carrying out business process reviews to inform development of government management information systems, including in the field of HR. The expert will be required to assess current HR and pension's practices and operations.

• They should possess extensive knowledge of HR business in the public sector context and a hold a degree in a field related to human resource management, public administration, or public sector digital transformation. Certification in Business Analysis Professional is a plus.
