Social Media Manager

Hiring Social Media Manager for an established Shopping Mall located in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh with activities spanning retail, entertainment, and food.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Social Media, marketing database, email marketing, and others.
• Design, build and maintain social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spends and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create new campaigns, designs to fulfil assignments and tasks
• Utilize strong analytical ability to elevate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications• Proficiency in many social media platforms
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
