We are looking for smart IT recruiters who can take up responsibilities including coordinating our hiring process, sourcing qualified candidates, and applying advanced interviewing techniques.

Location – Kochi/WFH
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in IT recruitment,
Salary – INR 15,000 to 22,000 Per Month + Incentives

Exposure: Familiarity with diverse tech domains and adeptness in decoding technical job descriptions.
Communication: Strong communication for effective candidate and client interaction.
Relationships: Skill in building and nurturing candidate and client relationships.
Innovation: Adaptability to evolving trends and innovative sourcing techniques
