We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EUC Senior Solution Architect to join our Cloud Adoption Team. In this role, you will be responsible for cloud and on-premises architecture and deployments, administration, and end-user support of Windows/VMware/Citrix Solutions, primarily focusing on VMware Horizon Cloud, AVD, VMware on prem, Window 365, Profile management and Azure Cloud infrastructure.

 Design, Implement VDI solutions primarily on VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud and Azure Virtual Desktop
 Design, Implement Profile solutions using VMware DEM, FSLogix and other tools.
 Design, implement integrating VDI solution with 3rd party IDPs such as AAD, OKTA, Ping etc.
 Provide recommendations and requirements to integrate with Microsoft Active Directory, networking, SIEM and other infrastructures.
 Design and implement monitoring solutions such as ControlUP, Azure Monitor, WS1 Intelligence
 Work with teams in different disciplines to design and deploy solutions
 Capacity planning of infrastructure.
 Design User Access controls, RBACs and work closely with security team to provide a secure environment.
 Showcase proficiency in VDI administration and as a subject matter expert for VDI-related technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution
 Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to VMware Horizon, Profile management (FSlogix, DEM), ControlUp.
 Create design documentation, SOPs, user access procedures and configuration documents
 Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
 Minimum 14+yrs of total experience, out of which 8+ years in EUC as a Solution Architect. Proven experience of 6+ years with VMware Enterprise Products.
 Strong expertise in VMware Horizon, Horizon Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure platforms
 In-depth understanding of networking, storage, and server infrastructure.
 Experience with performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization of VDI environments.
 Solid knowledge of security principles and practices as they relate to VDI implementations.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 Strong team player, Ability to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
 Relevant Certification is added advantage (VCP-DTM, Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty)
 Knowledge and exposure to cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and VMware.
 Possess hands-on skills in EUC technology.
 Familiarity with Agile process.
 Experience in interacting with customers, third-party OEMs, and hardware vendors, including raising calls with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendors.
 Self-motivated and results oriented.
 Willingness to work in US shifts.
