Position: ATL Quality

Overall responsible and accountable for the quality performance of the allocated channel group
Responsible to review the PDI defect, analysis of the defects, 5 why analysis of the defects and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions into the channel
Responsible to review the Aviko analysis of the defects, 5 why analysis of the defects and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions into the channel
Responsible to review the inproess defects of the channel and disposition of the batches as per the procedure of control of Non-Conforming Products. (Red Tag/Blue Tag system)
Daily disposition of the concerned batches at PDI as well as AVIKO
Maintain & upkeep the relevant records of the PDI and Aviko analysis including the trends monitoring
Revisit the Tolerance charts, FMEA and Control plan and POI/SWI based on the analysis as well as per the defined frequency
Ensure display/availability of the latest documents into the channel
Resolution of the Customer Complaint with the 8 D approach starting from the containment to closure including relevant documents updation
Lead the routine/non routine Issue related to Quality in the channel based on situation/criticality
Prepare, circulate, and present the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the channels in desired formats
Participate into the L1 and L2 meeting of the channels as well as function
Pokayoke verification of the channel as per the plan and taking action to ensure effective functioning of the channel
Visit to the customers in case of the Quality Concern
Submission of the Sample as well as PPAP Including submission and approval for all the customers with defined time frame (directly to the customer) and shall maintain the PPAP matrix. Also uploading of it onto the customer site.
Participate into the Internal and External audits and support MR to close the relevant findings
Prepare the 8 D for the critical quality issue of the channel
Communicate the supplier quality issues to the Purchase and Q issue related to maintenance -follow up of the same and ensure closure
Implementation of effective 5 S into the allocated area
Communicate and Escalate the Operator related concerns of the channel to the Channel Manager, Quality Head and HR
Filling of the TQS and submission of it.
Implement the Quality Kaizen into the channel group- Minimum 03 Nos /month.
Ensure effective implementation of the NC handling system into the channel including Aviko rejection
Perform and Process Capability study for the SC /CC parameter of the product (Preparation of plan and execution)
Perform the Process validation for the required processes
Data Analysis as and when asked by the Quality Head
