Nair Systems is currently looking for Java Developer for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.

Skills & Experience:
TECHNICAL SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field
• 3 minimum years' experience in developing software applications, preferably, out of which at least 1 years with insurance applications.
• Solid knowledge and experience in programming application
• Familiarity with the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript
• Excellent in SharePoint backend and front end,
• Excellent content management systems
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Excellent in Integrations and APIs, Web services
• Proficient in My SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle and other DBs
• Business intelligent and dashboard
• Excellent Business and system analysis skills
• Project management skills PMP is a plus
• Excellent knowledge and skill in system integrations and APIs
• Analysts must have knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering. They must be aware of how ERP, CRM, BI, and BPM tools operate.
• Also, he might be required to have an in-depth understanding of protocols like XML, SOAP, WSDL etc.
• Skill for business process simulation and optimization
• Have good knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering. They must be aware of how ERP, CRM, BI, and BPM tools operate.

• maintains good relationship with those who generate content for the website; he/she holds discussions with them on specific areas where certain contents should be placed.
• Consult with clients to get their job specification and desires for their websites so as to ensure they are fully satisfied
• Create a detailed draft of the website, outlining the various web pages according to client specification to meet their needs
• Design graphics, page layouts, and animation, and manipulate images to suit web pages, and enhance its entire beauty to create visual appeal
• SDLC full project cycle experience
• System requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development & Implementation
• Solution Architectures and design with align to the enterprise architecture
• Writing technical specifications documents and designing solutions resulted from the BRDs and Functional specifications documents and develop the solution/application
• Knowledge of the Project Management and in the preparation of the document like Project Plans, WBS and Project Status reports.
• Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
• Directing or performing Website updates.

• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.

• Possess excellent skill in communicating in writing and speaking with clients, senior managers, and staff.
