Job Description
  • Lead the project management for the new BU- work closely with multiple stakeholders on different projects.
  • Manage different cross functional stakeholders for approvals internally and externally
  • Engage in risk control by staying updated with the latest market developments and competitor movements
  • Lead discussions of all the agreements and contracts- JDA, PPAs, etc
  • The PMO role would also require knowledge of the oil and gas industry, because a lot of the projects will be with the clients in the energy space.
The Successful Applicant
  • Should be a seasoned PMO with atleast 8 years of experience in managing multiple projects with different teams.
  • S/he should have an in-depth experience in the field of business operations and be well versed with different aspects of the business which involves budgeting, forecasting, tracking of KPIs and working with different business units
  • S/he should have an experience of working with senior stakeholders. This role will entail working closely with senior stakeholders and therefore, the candidate should have prior experience of the same.
  • The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • The candidate should have had an exposure to working with teams across the different functions of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must too.
