We are seeking an experienced and analytical Ecommerce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in ecommerce and system integration be1tween customer and fulfilment systems. The key responsibilities of the candidate include:

  • Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs, and recommending improvements
  • Researching, defining, and documenting current As is business processes and recommending improvements
  • Eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and workflow analysis
  • Creating and maintaining updated documentation on business processes, applications and business solutions including process flows, use cases, functional specifications, test cases, training and system manuals, and job aids
  • Serving as the conduit for the flow of requirements between the customer community (both internal and external) and the technology and support teams
  • Leading and/or assisting quality assurance activities for small to medium projects
  • Researching and assisting in resolution of production support issues
  • Assisting in identifying the root cause of system and operational issues, analyzing data and recommending solutions
Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years experience as a business analyst handling ecommerce
  • Practical knowledge of B2B principles and ecommerce
  • Experience with marketplace integrations
  • Experience with other integrations such as using APIs
  • Strong analytical ability including database querying and analytical tools
  • Experience with managing projects and leading the team to deliver on time
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum preferred
