Job Title: Internal Finance Controller for Retail Jewellery Industry

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with end-users and team members.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of Accounts & Finance related challenges.
  • Prior exposure to any Global ERP such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Job Description:

As the Internal Finance Controller for the Retail Jewellery Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial activities, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the strategic financial planning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage financial activities in alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  3. Take ownership of Accounts & Finance related challenges, demonstrating a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address issues in a timely manner.
  5. Prior exposure to Global ERPs such as SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamic, Oracle, adding value to the profile.
  6. Maintain proficiency in MS Office tools for efficient financial operations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience after qualification.
  • Relevant experience in finance and accounting roles within the Retail Jewellery Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
