Execution of maintenance of Auxiliaries of Boiler and DM Water plant
- Repairs and maintenance to ensure availability of auxiliaries of CFBC Boiler and DM water plant.
- Making job estimate and preparing a plan for execution, issue job orders for the same.
- Schedule inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment to avoid breakdowns.
- Identifying the predictive maintenance points. Fitting, alignment, Maintenance of spare equipment. Procurement of spares. Recordkeeping of the work done, etc.
- Check Inventory management and prepares the PR for execution of the Jobs
- Preparation of templates for material codes for equipment on a regular basis by studying the manuals of equipment.
- Maintain required spares, in case of regular maintenance which should be available, plant breakdown. Making PR for the same and issue job order
- Preparing service PR for the work required to be done and follow-up for approval and with purchase department.
- Implement safety planning and system adherences to make area safe and as per processes
- Check with Safety planning and follow check list before initiating work
- Manpower distribution and spares follow-up
- PM module data preparation
- ISO Documentation and attend audits.
- Make exercises for annual P&B
Nature of Experience: Maintenance of Power Plant Equipment
Desirable Skills: Knowledge of power plant equipment, alignment of rotating equipment, trouble shooting
Goals & KRA:
- Improvement projects to reduce repetitive problems/ breakdown.
- 12 nos. Kaizen per year.
- Attending and active participation in KFA and GRT meeting.
- IMS major/ minor non conformity
- Implementation of critical spares and consumable SOP.
