Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic development team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, particularly in building robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, and RESTful web services.
The Java Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot, JPA, SQL, and RESTful web services.
Should work in the Agile Development Methodology.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and other technical challenges.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, optimizing application performance as needed.
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and assisting with their professional growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and features.

Technical Expectation:
Proficiency in developing RESTful services using Spring Boot modules such as Web, Data, JPA, Security, and AOP.
Strong command of database design, adeptness in crafting SQL queries, and experience in data modeling. Familiarity with Oracle DB server is considered an added advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience in diagnosing and resolving application security issues and addressing code smells. An additional advantage if the candidate is experienced with tools like SonarQube, Snyk, VeraCode, and similar.
Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git) and demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a proven ability to seamlessly integrate them with back-end services.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Effective communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment.
