Stores Executive

• Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing/ foreseeing all warehouse operations & reports in SAP module.
• Proper coordination & communication with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
• Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment and tools.
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
• Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required.
• Handling receipts, Physical quantity ascertaining of all supplies. Material and Service PR raising.
• Inventory Controls & Management, [AR items, shelf life of Materials, Physical Verification as per ABC analysis & reconciliation as per LIFO & FIFO systems.
• Complete Vendors Consignment Note (Challan) and arrange for inspection and complete the inspection.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and also prepare Goods Rejection Memo (in case of goods rejected).
