Job Description :'Looking for Windows, VMware, VMware vSphere, Active directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, Windows System administration, PowerShell scripting. 
What's this role about
The role will be primarily focusing on support the existing environment and also project implementation on Wintel technologies.

Here's how you'll contribute:
In this role you will help us:
- Operations and regular maintenance activities on VMware, Hyper-V and windows servers.
- Perform upgradation/migration VMware and Hyper-V VMs
- Strong hands-experience on VM provisioning
- Support and operations on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs for end user devices
- Proficient on VMware technologies like vCenter, Update Manager, HA, DRS, vMotion, vMotion, Template & Cloning, etc.
- Automate upgradation/migration, remediation, jobs, report tasks by using creating PowerShell CLI script and PowerShell and Batch scripts
- Experience in VMware management, to include vCenter and automated deployment of systems and performance monitoring.
- Drive RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes/patches.
- Experience providing technical resolution to incident & problem events related to Wintel Infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior members and system administrators on any incidents, escalations, and issues.
- Manage the SRM and DR setup and endure the service meets the defined RPO and RTO commitments
- Oversee environments including planning upgrades, staying on top of EOL dates and documenting inter-dependencies
- In-depth experience in hardware image development and support for ESXi and Windows Server operating systems.
- Strong experience with virtual network, storage management vSAN,NFS,FC,FCOE
- Installations for security patches, functional patches and version upgrades to vSphere environment
- Proficient on VMware technologies like vCenter, Update Manager, HA, DRS, vMotion, svMotion, Template & Cloning, etc.
- Work on major severity and complex server issues.
- Drive RCA preparation and meeting SLA for RCA submission along with planning and implementing fixes/patches.
- Performance and capacity management on VMWare servers and complex health check-ups.
- Perform in 24 x 7 environment and attend calls whenever assigned.
- Create all necessary documentation including system standards, run-books, and more Research software solutions to meet our needs and create efficiencies
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Familiar with the ITIL process. Experience in implementing and maintaining IT Service Management (ITSM) tools

Skills required to contribute:

• 8-10 years of experience as wintel administrator/SME/L3/L2
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
