Job Description

Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators
. Develop on-line training material (using SAP Solutions Manager)
. Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process) i.e. on the
application and on the new context
. Facilitate training for groups of between 5 - 20 people
. Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired (develop training
assessments as necessary)
. Manages resistance to change
