We are looking for an enthusiastic BDA executive to generate sales either by Warm calling or by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential candidates to buy our products or services.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. We're looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele and candidates.
Responsibilities
· Contact the potential warm leads and follow up with the sales process
· Create data and Cold call people using a retrieved data
· Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services
· Answer incoming calls from prospective candidates
· Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits
· Ask pertinent questions to understand the candidate's requirements
· Set appointments with prospective candidates based on our team members schedules
· Record the Candidate's personal information accurately in a computer system
· Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation
· Go the 'extra mile' to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
Requirements
· Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
· Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Proficient in English
· Good negotiation skills
· Persistent and results-oriented
· Patient and able to handle customer rejection
· Educational Qualification: Graduates
· Experience 0 to 5 years only
