Productivity Improvement:

To organize, coordinate & conduct various improvement studies, bench mark study, Improving plant availability & ensure de-bottlenecking in plant equipment's & process. To recommend schemes to improve productivity and reduction of cost.
Technology:
To organize & coordinate in procurement equipment along with check / finalization of technical specification of major plant machines likely to be added under projects or maintenance for their correctness & timely procurement. Identify new Technologies which can improve the efficiency of plant.
Capex Management:
To organize, coordinate & monitor for effective execution of Capex projects.

Accountability:
Project engineering- Coordinate for conceptualization & carrying out feasibility study, planning & organizing project activities for capex projects to achieve capacity upgradation & process improvement by bridging technological gap.

Major modification- Identify & implement scheme for de-bottlenecking the process and equipment's for improved plant performance & productivity.

Project execution and monitoring - Ensure timely completion of capex project and major modification within sanctioned budget and targeted schedule.
Environment, Health & Safety
To ensure Safety management & Compliance of statutory objective & plant safety policy, & achieve zero accident.
Capex Jobs:
To ensure execution & completion of all jobs under the Capex sanctioned as per schedule
Systems:
To ensure implementation of WCM/ISO/ EMS, OHSAS-18001, SA-8000 & other system in the ownership team area to improve quality performance.
