*Solving complex, multi-app CRM projects

*Designing and building CRM Plugins, Javascript Libraries.

*Designing and building custom and complex workflows.

*Designing and building enterprise solutions.

*Knowledge with XRM Toolset, CRM SDK

*Knowledge of third-party apps like Unified Service Desk, Click Dimensions.

*Integrating – SSIS, Banking platforms, Integrations with middleware etc.

*Building SSRS reports / Power BI reports.

*Experience in Power Platform

Responsibilities:

*Participate in large, mid-d Microsoft Dynamics CRM related projects.

*Work with clients and other team members to create layout and design CRM Solutions based on client requirements.

*Engage the client as a trusted advisor and quickly gain credibility.

*Work closely with Account Management and Marketing teams to determine ways to expand CRM practice.

*Engage with Account managers and Clients during the presales phase to collect necessary information to draft Statements of Work.

*Investigate business needs and discuss new opportunities with the clients.

*Participate in requirements-gathering sessions.

*Consult with the client on a 'best practices' approach to CRM.

*Plan and execute Microsoft CRM upgrades. Hands-on experience with TFS.

*Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM plugins, workflows and JavaScript
