Job description
- A Telemarketer, is responsible for talking to potential customers on the phone to describe the company services.
- Their duties include tracking customer lists, explaining the benefits of our services and taking all detail include payment information too.
- Describe the company's services and providing introductory information to new customers
- Answering customer information about our services
- Obtaining customer information such as name, address, contact detail , payment information
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Basic computer knowledge such as MS word, excel, internet surfing, email etiquatte.
- Must focus on sales results during a set scheduled earnings period for the company or organization.
- Previous telephone sales experience must know how to manage time when speaking to many customers in a day
- Should thoroughly know the services how to sell them with a focus on a customer's demographics such as nationality, language like English, Hindi, Punjabi, belief etc.
- Should be a good customer service worker who knows how to deal with their potential customers. Customer service skills mean understanding customer needs and behaviors as well as responding appropriately to a customer's questions or concerns.
