Position: Branch Manager

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India

Job Overview:
Apponix Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations and management of our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of the branch, ensuring smooth operations, excellent student relations, and efficient coordination with the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Walk-in Enquiries Management: Handle and address walk-in enquiries effectively, providing information and guidance about courses and programs offered by the academy.

- Enquiry Form Collection: Collect and maintain accurate information obtained through enquiry forms for future reference and analysis.

- Counsellor Coordination: Collaborate with counsellors to manage registrations, fees collection, scheduling of demos, and ensuring a seamless student experience.

- Demo Scheduling and Feedback: Schedule demos in coordination with counsellors, gather feedback post-demonstration, and make improvements based on inputs received.

- Student Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with students, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

- New Student Orientation: Welcome and facilitate the integration of new students into the academy, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including ensuring regular classes, taking student attendance, and managing any arising infrastructure-related issues.

- Placement Exam Coordination: Organize and oversee final placement exams for students, ensuring a fair and efficient examination process.

- Feedback Collection: Gather student feedback through various mediums (video, written), analyze insights, and implement necessary improvements.

- Infrastructure Management: Address and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

- Liaison with Head Office: Maintain effective communication with the head office staff to ensure branch operations align with organizational goals and standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role, preferably in the education or training sector.

- Strong management and leadership skills with the ability to oversee diverse responsibilities.

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Marathi, both verbal and written.

- Any degree qualification is acceptable.

- Work Timings Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
