Facility Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Technician to join our team. As a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of our company facilities This includes performing routine inspections, addressing maintenance issues, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for our employees.

Job Responsibility:
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carp work.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with external vendors contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies needed for facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and address them promptly.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
- Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.

Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent- as a Facility Technician or similar role.
- Preferred to have previous experience in Saudi Arabia working under Facility management in buildings.
- Strong knowledge maintenance repair techniques for various systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC,.- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
