Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and visionary Academic Dean to lead our academic programs and initiatives. The Academic Dean will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience of our students, ensuring the highest standards of academic excellence, and fostering a culture of research and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for all academic programs, ensuring they align with the institution's vision and goals.
-  Oversee the development, evaluation, and continual improvement of the curriculum to ensure relevance and rigor.
- Lead, mentor, and support faculty members, encouraging professional development and excellence in teaching, research, and service.
- Ensure the highest standards of academic quality and compliance with accrediting bodies and educational regulations.
- Manage budgetary and physical resources within the academic division effectively.
- Encourage and facilitate research activities, fostering an environment of innovation and scholarly pursuit.
- Strengthen relationships with industry partners, alumni, and community organizations to enhance educational and career opportunities for students.
- Advocate for and implement policies and practices that promote student success and well-being.
Required Qualifications:A doctoral degree in Engineering (Ph.D in Computer Science is a plus)
Extensive experience in academic leadership within a higher education setting.
A strong record of teaching, research, and service in an engineering discipline.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop academic programs.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in curriculum development and academic planning.
Familiarity with accreditation processes and standards.
Proven track record of fostering faculty development and research initiatives.
